Rudolph Days

Time for the Rudolph Day Challenge again and I'm glad to say that I have managed another batch of Christmas Cards to tuck away till later in the year. This time I reached for the CD's and came up with these two different designs. The card base's are 6x6 and I will admit to only printing off 1 A4 sheet of backing paper for each design and using it across 4 cards.

I love the traditional colours of Christmas so went for these as the card base's, putting the green card base with the image that has the red border. And the red card base with the image that has the green border.

I've used gold card for the matting of the image and also the die cut embellishments, both of these are from Sue Wilson. I've also managed to keep everything flat, thinking about the postage cost helped with this.

The CD used is Joanna Sheen's Hollypondhill, there are lots of wonderful images on this for Christmas.

Thank you for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.

CD Sunday - Something Beginning With B

We've been back of of our holiday now for just over a week and boy has it been busy. Between washing, ironing and looking after our grandson, I had quite a few orders for cards. One of them is this wedding card. As it has Bunnies on it I thought it was an ideal card to enter into the CD Sunday challenge that ends this coming weekend. I used Joanna Sheen's Hollypondhill CD for both the image and the backing paper, teaming it with a matching pink for matting and also the die cut corners. The flowers were from my vast stash and I've mixed them with dies from All Occasions (corners and leaves) and Tattered Lace (swirl). Finally I added the little heart to the sentiment which was computer generated and then foiled.

Thanks for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.
