Another week and another Sunday, time for a new challenge over on the CD Sunday challenge blog. This week it's Paisley Fun and I've used Artylicious Filigree Fusion CD and this lovely Paisley Mandala stamp from Chocolate Baroque. First I picked a colour and printed off two sheets of backing paper in different designs but the same shade and mounted them onto matt silver mirri card. I found some corner peeloffs in my stash and added these, also some silver ribbon across the middle of the top layer of matting. Then I stamped five of the paisley stamp, and embossed them. Next I coloured them in using promarkers in shades of purple/mauve/lilac, then cut out the various layers and put them together using silicone glue. I then stamped out just the middle of the stamp four times and coloured using the same shades as the main image. I cut out the flowers and leaves, then added these to the card. Another rummage in the cupboard and I found I had some pearls in matching colours that I've added to the paisley design just to finish it off. The Birthday Greetings stamp is also from Chocolate Baroque.
Thank you for taking the time to look, your kind comments are always appreciated.

That's a great card with a paisley theme and the stamp matches with the paper design which is great
Lovely card, Sue
Gorgeous card Sue - as always. Sorry I am a bit late with my visit but have a had a visitor this weekend and the cooking got in the way of blogging.
