Challenge 6 over on the Show Us Your Twinchies blog is add a stamped image, and the challenge on the In The Pink blog is Embossing, Dry or Heat, so I've combined the two. First I made the twinchie, stamping a butterfly in the middle of the piece of card with Memento Rose Bud ink and then distressing around the edges with the same colour. I then triple embossed the twinchie to make it look like a tile.
Next with another piece of card I punch around the edge using a set of Martha Stewart punches, and again distressed around the edges with the Rose Bud ink. Then in the same colour in I stamped the sentiment, this was from one of the new sets from Sheena Douglas, the butterfly was also from the same set. After placing the tile on the punched piece, I added some swirls and flowers from my stash. Finally with a 6x6 white card base I again distressed the edges with the same Rose Bud ink, I added the completed topper and just added some flat backed pearls to the centres of the flowers.
Thank you for taking the time to look, and you kind comments which are always appreciated.

This is beautiful Sue, I love the tile effect butterfly and what a fab sentiment - I think I might have to go take a look at these.

Beautiful pink Twinchie Sue ! It morphed into a beautiful pink creation ! Love the sentiment and those silver flourishes which look great with the flowers. By the time I get to creating a Twinchie the challenge will be over, I'll wait for the next one ! Take care, Shirleyx
