This week the challenge over on the CD Sunday blog is Oh Christmas Tree, and this is the last of the batch that I needed to make for MIL. This one will go to our Nephew who is a single parent, bringing up two very boisterous boys on his own, I have to say that he is doing a great job as well. I started with an 8x8 cream card base and Joanna Sheen's Thomas Kinkade project book and CD. I printed off the backing paper and mounted it onto some gold textured card that I had in the cupboard, next I printed off the decoupage, and mounted the base onto some more of the same gold card. I put the decoupage together using glue gel, adding glitter to the pieces that were going to be on the top. The sentiment was generated on the PC and the colour changed to match the card. I've finished with a small poinsettia from a Marianne die and the leaves were from a crealies die.
Thank you for taking the time to look, and you kind comments which are always appreciated.

Sue this is lovely, I haven't bought this set as I didn't think I needed it but this is just the kind of image I was looking for on the Christmas cd which was part of the set. I love the glitter on the roof looks like a pile of freshly fallen snow.
Thanks for joining us this week at CD Sunday.
