My card today was made with three challenges in mind, all asking for Summertime themed cards. I used Janet Kruskamp collection by Joanna Sheen, Printing the main image onto Glossy photo paper and the matching backing paper onto ink jet paper. I mounted these onto gold mirri card and before putting the topper down onto the card base I added a doily cut using a Marianne die which was distressed using Distress ink pads. I then added some flowers made using a Tattered Lace die and coloured using distress inks. I added some stickles to the flower centres to finish. As yet there is no sentiment, I shall pop this into my ready box for when I need a card like this.
I'm entering this into the following challenges.
My Time To Craft ... Summertime
CD Sunday ... Sun/Sand/Sea (I have sun and sea in this)
Ooh La La ... Summertime
Thanks for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.

Such a tranquil scene Sue and would happily be there today rather than my sticky office. Pretty flowers in the soft pastel colours as well.

This is a favourite CD of mine Sue as you will see if you visit my blog. I love the detailed scenes. This one is beautiful and could be a perfect Summers day here in Cyprus looking out to the Med and relaxing with afternoon tea. Thank you for sharing it with us at CD Sunday. Wynn DT

It is not just a card. It is an art piece!
I wish I was sitting on that verandah right now instead of in my very warm conservatory. It is almost midnight and I have the fan going full blast but still melting.
A beautiful image Sue and thank you for sharing it with us.
