I'm showing off now and back with my second post today. This card is for the Allsorts Challenge which is to use Pearls. This is a card made for my Sister-in-law for her Birthday. I've used Heartfelt Creations and the Petunia Collection. I've used one of the backing papers with one of the toppers and some of the beautiful Petunia flowers and dies. I coloured the flowers and leaves using a blending tool and distress inks and then added Pearls to the centres.
Thanks for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.

Rudolph Days
Two days on the trot, anyone would think I'm trying to make up for being absent for so long. My card today has been made for the Rudolph Days Challenge. Last week while feeling sorry for myself I saw this CD shown on Hochanda. It's by the talented Sarah Hallam (Peerless Designs) and called Purely Pencil, it's full of beautiful drawings of wildlife from around the world. As soon as I spotted this gorgeous stag on the disc I knew that I had to make some Christmas cards with it. I printed off 4 toppers and 4 backing papers and now have 4 cards to add to my small collection for this year.

Graphic 45 Retreat
Firstly please let me say sorry for being away for so long, I wish I could say I had a nice holiday but I've been unwell and finally it took a course of Antibiotics to get well again. Last Thursday, at long last I felt like myself. I was so glad as I thought I was going to have to cancel my weekend away at Clare Charvil's (My Creative Spirit) Retreat in Kenilworth. The doors opened on Friday evening at 6.00 p.m and most of the retreater's were there ready to start on their chosen projects. There was a small amount of people who joined us on Saturday morning. Below is my finished project using the wonderful new papers Sun Kissed from Graphic 45, when I say finished I still need to go through and add glossy accents in some places. This I can do here at home where there is plenty of time and space to let it dry. I plan on giving this to my Daughter for her Birthday in October and putting photos of her as a child, when she spent so many Summer (and Winter) holidays with my In-Laws who lived in Cornwall, playing on the beach. Anyway enough rambling from me, hope you enjoy my photos.

Black and White
Just a quick post from me today. Last week I made this card for the Allsorts challenge. I had finished it on Wednesday in the morning and before I had a chance to post it on here and enter it into the challenge, I went down with the dreaded lurgy. Over a week on and I am just beginning to feel a bit better. The stamp I used was from Inkylicious with the sentiment from Chocolate Baroque. Needless to say the challenge has been and gone and it was never entered, it does make a nice addition to my ready cards though.
