Gosh how fast Friday has come around, which means that it's time for Forgotten Friday over on Judith's blog. This week while looking for a stamp I wanted to use on another project, I stumbled across this set of stamps from Chocolate Baroque, unused for some time. The weather has been so great the last few days in inspired me to get all the bright promarkers out to colour the birds in, and I dug out some bright zingy card to use for the matting. I coloured the background with a couple of Adirondack ink pads in Citrus and Aqua and used a Memento ink pad for the sun. The grasses and other backing stamp were from another stamp set and I stamped these in Citrus. I must admit that I made this card yesterday, in preparation for today, as I'm off to Florida tomorrow and have been packing and clearing up all day (my daughter is coming to look after the dog while we are away). Needless to say I have left some space in my suitcase to bring some crafting goodies home with me.
Why don't you see if you have any forgotten or neglected craft stuff in your cupboards, pop over to Judith's blog and find out what it's all about.
Thank you for taking the time to look, your kind comments are appreciated.
