Rudolph Days

As it's the 25th of the month today it's time for the Rudolph Days Challenge. I missed taking part last month as I was away and I shall be away next month in Mexico and will miss it again. My card today has been made using another Create A Card die from Crafters Companion, also bought at Ally Pally. I cut it out using black card stock and then used gilding wax over the top, I love the effect that the gilding wax gives on the black card. The backing paper is from a paper pad also from Crafters Companion, I put this behind the die cut image and then mounted onto mirri card before putting onto a white 6x6 card base.

 Needless to say I did not stop at just one card, I made a small batch but used different colours of gilding wax for each one.

Thanks for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.

Sue

you have been busy making four variations of this card - I can see why you bought the die, it is brilliant.

Sue, this die is so valuable to have, love what you have made and oh I am so tempted to look to buy this die, but, as I have hundreds of them I don't think I should. BUT love what you have made...xx {aNNie}

What a stunning die! I tend to think of dies as complex as this as not being very versatile but you have proved me completely wrong. Love all the variations

Gosh these are so effective Sue! The gilding paste looks lovely picking up the texture of the diecut. Some people are going to be very pleased to receive one of these.

Sorry I've not dropped by for a while. Sitting at the computer for catchups has been a bit too uncomfortable for the past 2+ months but hopefully I'm getting through it now.

Hugs
