This is a card I was asked to make for a customer whose Father is celebrating his 90th birthday this weekend. I'm sure that he's not going to be looking at my blog, so I feel quite safe posting this on here today. Also I can enter into the challenge on My Craft Creations, which are asking that you make a card for a milestone birthday. I used an 8x8 card base for the card and Debbi Moore's Cards For Men CD. I've matted the backing paper onto some silver mirri board, and used glue gel for the decoupage of the main image. I then dusted off my Cricut and using the Plantin School Book cartridge, silver mirri and black card, cut out the letters and number that I wanted both in normal and blackout. Finally I added these to the front of the card.
Thanks for taking the time to look, and your kind comments which are always appreciated.
Sue

A great male themed card - I presume having to dust off the Cricut means it has been neglected of late? Just right for the lettering though. Not enough hours in the days to use all our 'stuff'!!
fabulous card Sue - so perfect for this milestone xx
