This weeks challenge over on the CD Sunday blog is, Chocolate, Cream and one other. I must admit it left me a little stumped to start with but once I'd looked through a couple of discs I spotted this on the Next Big One by La Pashe, and knew that I could do something with it. I've made this in preparation for Father's Day in July. I started with a Cream card blank, so that was one colour, and then resized and printed the brown (chocolate) background paper. Once I'd cut this out I used some vintage photo distress ink around the edge to deepen it a bit. I used spellbinders, and some brown card to cut out some cogs, which I've placed randomly onto the background. Next I sized and printed the car four times (this is my one other colour Black) so that I could decoupage it, also at the same time I made the sentiment using the text feature in MCS. I then went onto making a matching insert and matching envelope using the backing paper.
Thank you for taking the time to look.
