This weeks challenge over at the CD Sunday blog is Toy box Treasures. What a good opportunity to get out the new Paintbox Poppets CD from Crafters Companion. I chose to use this lovely image of a small boy pulling his toys behind him, it reminds me of my own son who was this blond once upon a time. He liked to be outside in all weathers, and had a walker that was always piled high with toys that went around the garden with him. I used a 6 x 6 white card base, and printed off two of the backing papers and mounted them onto some matt silver card. I used one of the decoupage topper sheets from the CD, which also had a sentiment on and I just added some card candi to finish. Another card to pop into my store cupboard for when I need a card in a hurry.
Thank you for taking the time to look.

Hi Sue this is such a gorgeous card ! The little boy is so adorable and your backing papers compliment him so well. I also really like the die cut shapes, very effective with all the layers ! Hope you had a great Easter, take care, Shirley x

Hi Sue. A gorgeous card. I am trying to be strong and resist buying yet another Cd. Our challengees make it very hard though with all the lovely cards they produce.
