... DL, Die Cuts and Decoupage. It's time again for another new challenge over on the CD Sunday challenge blog, and this time chosen by Carol. For me this is the first of a batch of scheduled posts, as for the next month I shall be in Florida, today getting ready to board a Cruise ship. For the next week we'll be Island hopping in the Caribbean, followed by a week in Orlando. This is for a Family reunion, the family of my Daughters fiancee. There will be 100 plus people on the cruise and 40 plus people over Christmas. On the 29th December everyone departs for their various homes, and hubby and I have decided to stay on and enjoy the winter sun returning on the 16th January. Anyway back to the card, this week I've used Messy Rabbit's Christmas from Joanna Sheen. I printed my backing paper straight onto the card and folded for the DL. Next I cut out and added my decoupage which was put together with glue gel. My die cut is Happy Christmas, which is a Robert Addams die. I'd forgotten I had this disc until I was looking for decoupage to fit onto a DL card, it's worth visiting some of the older discs from time to time. I do hope you'll pop over to the blog and take a look at all the great cards the DT has put together for your inspiration this week.
I hope to keep in touch while we are away, Internet permitting. Thanks for taking the time to look, and your kind comments which are always appreciated.
