Rudolph Days

For those of you who read my post from yesterday, you will see that we are about to have work carried out on the inside and out of our house. So you know that I have no craft room at the moment. The one thing I did make sure that I could get too though was the computer, so I have been able to make these four cards to enter into the Rudolph challenge this month. I managed to get some 8x8 card blanks from a hard to reach pile, and printed off some decoupage and backing papers. I already had the dies cut out so it was just a case of adding them to the completed cards

I've used Debbi Moore's new Santa 3 CD for these cards. Printed out onto matt photo paper and matted onto gold mirri card.

They kept me occupied yesterday while it was raining. I'll have to go and see what I can find to get my hands on today as it's pouring down at the moment. So no workmen again today.

Thanks for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.

Sue

What a super collection of cards! I hope the work you are having done doesn't involve having any doors and windows open, because I too live in a small town in the north of Hampshire (Fleet) and the weather right now is atrocious!

Well done on finding the goodies to make these fabulous Christmas cards. I love traditional cards, always remind me of when I was a child. The addition of the presents, poinsettia and bauble finishes them off beautifully. Michelle x

4 great cards Sue and forward thinking with the craft room - I don't know if my craft room will ever be 'done' as the thought of putting everything away is too scary! Hugs rachel x

Hi Sue, just found your blog over at Rudolph Day and became your newest follower. It's tough to craft during remodeling, so hats off to you for carrying right on, as you 've turned out 4 swell cards. Love these motifs and designs, and the extra details you've added, personalized each so pretty. Good luck with the renovations...that is always a very trying time. TFS & hugs too.

Well done for being able to craft at all Sue and especially to produce four lovely cards like these! Good feeling to start on Christmas cards early isn't it. Hope your renovation work doesn't last too long so you can get back to all your craft goodies.

Hugs

Wow! I am so impressed that you managed to make 4 cards in the midst of renovations! You are a dedicated crafter...lol

Your cards look wonderful. I have not tried CD's yet, but sure want to . I do won 3 but need a computer literate friend to show me how to resize etc. Windows 8 is scary!

Thanks for taking part in the August Rudolph Days Challenge. Sorry I am so late dropping by. The storms and the clean up after took up my time!
