Sorry I've been absent for a little while, but between completing the sale of my Mother's house and then grabbing a few days away with hubby and friends in North Yorkshire things have been quite busy. Also my mojo has been on a long walk about for months now, but I'm glad to say has been making a comeback this last week and I've actually made quite a few cards over the last week. It includes this one which is an order from a friend, in fact it's part of an order as I have to make four 50th Birthday cards for the same person for August. I know the person this is for does not read my blog so am quite safe in posting this now. I've used dies and digital downloads from Carnation Crafts for this card so will be dropping into the challenge over on the CD Sunday blog, where the challenge is anything goes.

That's a really pretty card Sue. I have those large number dies and they're really useful.

Hi Sue. Another Carnation Craft beauty. I don't think I have the actual die but I do have the letters (thanks to your winning card in our last challenge). We do all keep each other and fellow crafters poor. A super card.

This looks stunning Sue but that is a tall order to come up with 4 different cards for the same celebration and person. Looking forward to seeing the other 3. Hugs Mrs A.
That’s a super 50th birthday card Sue.

That is such a beautiful card, Sue! Love the colours and the beautiful flowers. Sorry to hear your mojo has been AWOL. I think it has happened to us all over the past few months, and quite understandably considering the circumstances. so pleased you managed to get away for a little while. A holiday certainly did me the world of good, although the car is still covered in Welsh mud! hoping the heavy rain coming before the weekend washes it off for me lol!
Such a lovely card Sue with lots of lovely layering. The colour is really pretty too. Wish I was fifty again ;)x
