At the beginning of the Month I showed you a
canvas that I had made with leftover papers from a workshop I attended at the end of January. The workshop was in Warwickshire and held by Clare Charvill of
My Creative Spirit. Clare gave us all a choice of 12x12 Stamperia Papers to complete our Albums (this album is called Picture Perfect), I chose the New Sea World papers. They had a great steampunk feel to them and I enjoyed picking what papers to use where. All through the day I kept moving two sheets to one side as they had a large feature design on them and it would have been a shame to cut into them and loose the effect. These were the two sheets that I used for the canvas which can be found here. Do pop over to
Clare's website and take a look around she has some great projects, tutorials and of course papers from serveral suppliers too, she also has a 20% off offer at the moment too.

I've not put any photos in just yet, but think I will use photos of my son. He liked nothing more that getting dirty and taking things apart and putting them back together again when he was a child. He's in his thirties now and not much better as he's a mechanic.
Thank you for taking the time to look and your kind comments which are always appreciated.

Think I might have just lost the previous post.
Our son was just the same he loved nothing more than being allowed to take apart any electrical appliance that hade to be replaced. He got through two washing machines but by the end of it and knew exactly how they had been built. His chosen proffesion.? He has an internet company that deals with outlying farms in remote locations that can’t get the regular broadband.
Your album is perfect. So much to take in and admire. You would not think to normally put steam punk with equatic life. Hope you are managing to stay safe and well. The local Sainsnsburys it fast turning into a joke. Went down yesterday for the designated hr slot forthe over 70’sand the queue when right round the building completely round the car park and out of the exit the other side, needless to say we didn’t even bother to queue and that was in nice weather with the sun shinning. Hugs Mrs A.
A great project Sue - looks fab!
Your album is sensational, Sue! This type of work of art is WAY over my head, but that doesn't mean I can't admire and love all the details and the amount of work and talent that went into the creation! Your photos of your son will make it even more special!! Take care, my friend!!😷 Hugs, Darnell
Wow! I love this album and the papers you have used are fabulous. I've only ever made one album and that was one of Claire Charvil's too using G45 Tropical Travelogue papers. I really enjoyed the process and would love to make another one sometime.
Hope you are staying safe and well.
